ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sweepstakes Entities (defined as Pickles-N-Things LLC, its service providers, and those involved in the development, production, including prize suppliers, implementation and distribution of this sweepstakes, and their advertising & promotion agencies & each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, and representatives & any other person/entity associated with sweepstakes, and their immediate families & members of their same households) are ineligible.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: One winner will be selected from our entire list of those who fill out this form, in a random drawing on or about the last day of each month. (Once you join there is no need to rejoin every month.)
Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by email, using the email address provided during entry. If potential winner cannot be reached after 3 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

PRIVACY: Participants' names and email addresses will be kept private and will only be used for delivering newsletters and notification if a winner. Participants may opt out of newsletters in the future, but only current subscribers will be included in the monthly drawing.

Acceptance of the prize indicates acceptance of all the contingencies inherent to the prize offered, including the date and time period specified. Winner agrees to abide by all contingencies and components of the prize or forfeit the prize. The sponsor may use winner’s name and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning any prize are the winner's responsibility. Winners may receive an IRS form 1099 with the above stated value at year-end.
